Officer Administering the Government has now approved

the following rates to be charged for the various classes

of officers required to form Anti-Piracy Guards in your

ships:-

These charges cover all liabilities of the Shipping

Companies with the exception of the following:-

(a) Whilst men/ashore at out-ports the following

allowances must be paid by the Shipping Companies to the

Hong Kong Government who will make the necessary arrange-

ments for the men at such out-ports:-
